Skozi slikarsko ali digitalno obravnavo materiala, asemblaž in fotografijo 8 umetnikov razkriva lasten mentalni poligon občutij v sodobni družbi, ironične geste, umik v imaginarne pokrajine. Svobodno se sprehajajo med mnogoterimi interpretacijami, manifestacijami in manipulacijami vsebin, ki jih nosi kolaž.

Festival KAOS je na rezidenco povabil osem umetnic in umetnikov, ki aktivno sooblikujejo njegov program. Avtorji iz Slovenije, Nemčije, Grčije in Italije bodo v času od 1. do 6. julija izvajali spremljevalne festivalske dogodke in kolektivno ustvarjali.

Throughout painting or digital processing of material, assemblage and photography eight artists reveal their mental track of emotions in contemporary society, ironical gestures, and their withdrawal into imaginary landscapes. They stroll freely among numerous interpretations, manifestations and manipulations of contents that a collage can bear.

The KAOS Festival invited eight artists to participate in a residency and to actively co-create the festival program. The authors from Slovenia, Germany, Greece and Italy will collectively create and carry out the side-events programme from the 1st to the 6th of July.
